A dive boat off the California coast was found over labor day after being consumed by flames, 39 people were aboard the boat when it caught fire. CNN reported that victims likely perished due to smoke inhalation. Our hearts go out to the victims and those affected by the fire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

CNN reporters broadcasted live updates as the tragedy unfolded off the coast of the Channel Islands.
