A giant stuffed burger of course! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/O\/OffeJo00.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">John Offerdahl<\/a> is the former inside linebacker for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamidolphins.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Miami Dolphins.<\/a>\u00a0He&#8217;s been spending his retirement from the game grilling up good food at one of his many restaurants, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.offerdahls.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Offerdahl&#8217;s Off The Grill<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Some of you may be asking what constitutes an Offerdahl original burger. The &#8220;Ultimate Stuffed Inside Line Burger&#8221; consists of two large patties stuffed with tortilla chips, ground chuck, pepper, salt, egg, cheese, tomato, onion, and black olives. So much so, Offerdahl decided to begin the <a href=\"http:\/\/gridirongrilloff.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gridiron Grill-Off<\/a> festival eight years ago. Food, wine, games, and of course grilling are the main attractions. Celebrity chefs and former NFL stars alike compete for the title of champion in both grilling and cornhole tournaments. All proceeds\u00a0from\u00a0the event benefit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.handofffoundation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Offerdahl\u2019s Hand-Off\u00a0Foundation<\/a>, which strives to \u201cFeed the Need of Those in Crisis.&#8221; Over the years, he has raised over $400,000 towards his cause. That\u2019s a touchdown in our book!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/rachaelray\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rachael Ray<\/a> asked Offerdahl, \u201cWhere do you get buns that big?\u201d What we want to know is \u201cWhere did you get a heart that big?\u201d Taking a passion for grilling, a passion for helping people, and turning that into a fun event everyone can participate in is something to applaud.
