Condoleezza “Condi” Rice<\/a> has officially come full circle in her career and it was a pleasure to work with her in such a relaxed setting for a brand new episode of Feherty<\/a> on Golf Channel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Rice began her career working as a professor at Stanford University<\/a>. She then served as Secretary of State under President George W. Bush. She was the first African-American woman to hold that position, the second African-American to hold that position after Colin Powell, and the second woman to hold that position after Madeleine Albright<\/a>. Since serving her country, she’s returned to her position at Stanford University.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Rice joined David Feherty on his show to talk about her passion of teaching, promote her new book, \u201cDemocracy: Stories from the Long Road to Freedom,\u201d out this May, and of course, play a little golf. For such a prestigious woman, she was very mellow and a great person to work with. Feherty does a great job of making people feel comfortable and it really shows in each fun and interesting episode.<\/p>\n
