LiveU is the leader in portable live video and allows networks to broadcast via cellular networks rather than a large satellite truck.<\/p>\n<div>For this shoot, I brought\u00a0my HDX900 to Des Moines, Iowa for the biggest media event of 2016 so far, the Iowa Caucus. We offered a\u00a0live broadcast feed to any network that wanted it using a LiveU unit and my HDX900. Together with LiveU, I was a go-anywhere mobile-satellite-truck for-hire who had the ability to shoot and broadcast live.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/assets.gototeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/12202943\/IMG_4520-600x450.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-23415\" src=\"http:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/assets.gototeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/12202943\/IMG_4520-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4520\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Our first location was Donald Trump&#8217;s rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa &#8212; about two hours from Des Moines. We packed up early <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_185818475\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Monday<\/span><\/span> morning and headed out to get set up. We went live\u00a0at\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_185818476\"><span class=\"aQJ\">9:00 a.m.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and then let networks know they could take our shot live anytime they wanted!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This opportunity for news networks is brand new\/ It&#8217;s never been done before. Thanks LiveU! \u00a0What&#8217;s amazing is that during our broadcast from Cedar Rapids, any organization around the world could&#8217;ve taken our live shots without the need for expensive satellite trucks\u00a0and hard-to-get satellite windows.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/assets.gototeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/12202941\/IMG_4515-600x450.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23414\" src=\"http:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/assets.gototeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/12202941\/IMG_4515-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4515\" width=\"501\" height=\"376\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>At the rally, there were many other crews utilizing LiveU and our crew was able to act as tech support for them while also offering a\u00a0LiveU link.
