{"id":18445,"date":"2013-05-08T09:00:13","date_gmt":"2013-05-08T13:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/120.72.95.94:55167\/assignmentdesk\/site\/?p=18445"},"modified":"2016-05-12T16:39:11","modified_gmt":"2016-05-12T20:39:11","slug":"chicago-crew-flexes-creative-muscles-for-ufc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/120.72.95.94:55167\/assignmentdesk\/site\/2013\/chicago-crew-flexes-creative-muscles-for-ufc\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicago Crew flexes creative muscles for UFC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/assets.gototeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/12200003\/IMG_2043-300x224.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-18450 aligncenter\" alt=\"IMG_2043\" src=\"http:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/assets.gototeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/12200003\/IMG_2043-300x224.jpg\" width=\"411\" height=\"306\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When I heard I was headed to Boca Raton for UFC I was extremely excited. \u00a0Spring has not yet hit the Chicago area, so I was looking forward to getting closer to the equator and thawing out my gear. \u00a0I packed up my flip-flops, shorts, HDX 900 and oh about 11 Pelican cases and flew like a bird down to the Sunshine State. \u00a0Boca Raton, if you have never been, is a retirement haven. \u00a0Beautiful beaches, high-end shopping and some of the best UFC training facilities on the east coast. \u00a0I spent three days following some of the UFC&#8217;s best fighters, Rashad Evans,\u00a0Antonio &#8220;Bigfoot&#8221;
