{"id":15224,"date":"2012-02-03T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-02-03T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/120.72.95.94:55167\/assignmentdesk\/site\/?p=15224"},"modified":"2018-07-27T08:40:37","modified_gmt":"2018-07-27T12:40:37","slug":"the-journey-la-apprenticeship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/120.72.95.94:55167\/assignmentdesk\/site\/2012\/the-journey-la-apprenticeship\/","title":{"rendered":"The Journey: Go To Team&#8217;s LA Apprenticeship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-15225\" title=\"Go To Team LA Apprentice\" src=\"http:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/assets.gototeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/12195428\/Gototeam-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/>The Go To Team apprenticeship has been quite a journey so far. \u00a0The\u00a0adventure began as I loaded up my belongings and left South Carolina\u00a0and headed for sunny California.\u00a0 I was very excited to have the opportunity to learn from the LA crews\u2019 Skip Clark and Dan Lowrey. \u00a0My first few days with Skip and Dan were spent learning everything about the newest and best gear. \u00a0Hands on training with the Arri Alexa, Sony F3 equipped with Zeiss Ultra\u00a0Prime lenses, Panasonic HD Varicam and Canon DSLR kits that would make your average news photographers head explode.<\/p>\n<p>I quickly learned that Los Angeles is not just where the celebrities play but also where they work.
