Orlando DP\/Partner Dan Beckmann, along with NBC Producer Dan Shepherd and audio operator, Rick Alexander, spent the morning with “Storm Chaser” Chris Kridler.<\/p>\n

Chris, a storm chaser from Orlando’s Space Coast<\/em> region, was featured for an upcoming special on Dateline NBC<\/em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Beckmann, using the HD F900 Cinealta,\u00a0 spent time with Chris, as she explained how she captures all her amazing pictures.<\/p>\n

With two cameras, the latest in meterorlogical technology, and the best auto insurance money can buy, Chris travels to “Tornado Alley” every year, to photograph – up close and personal – some of “Mother Nature’s” most amazing spectacles.\u00a0 Tornadoes.<\/p>\n

Chris’ work\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><\/a>has been featured in several magazines and books.\u00a0 As well as, the cover of The Journal of Meteorology<\/em>, the book Winderful<\/em>, and the latest edition of Wallace and Hobbs’ Atmospheric Science<\/em> textbook.<\/p>\n

Her video has also been featured on the Weather Channel<\/em>, National Geographic Explorer,<\/em> the BBC<\/em>, and the History Channel<\/em>.<\/p>\n
