Columbia Director of Photography in Daytona for Coke Zero 400It took three days, seven cameras and 60+ batteries to follow athlete Ato Boldon around as he experienced his first NASCAR event ever. No problem for Columbia Director of Photography, Craig Goodale, and his apprentice David DiFalco. |
Boldon is a four time Olympic gold medalist and is now a sports analyst for NBC Sports. He wanted to learn all about NASCAR and what better race to start with than the Coke Zero 400 in Daytona during 4th of July weekend! We filmed as he got to drive a few laps with Austin Dillon, meet and greet with Dale Earnhardt Jr. before his final race at Daytona and chat with Joey Logano during the Driver Introductions. |
It was a jam packed weekend of fun. Check out the video here! |
