Over 400,000 reports of missing children were made to law enforcement last year. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, based in Washington D.C., works to help find some of those missing kids by producing videos that highlight each child’s case.

These videos provide a more detailed description of the child, and give the general public who see them a better idea of what the child might look like or act like. To shoot these videos, the NCMEC called on Go To Team to assist.

They selected St. Louis cameraman, Sam Caravana, who traveled to Minneapolis to help shoot three different projects for NCMEC. Due to the sensitive nature of the shoots, Sam kept his footprint small, lighting his interviews with Kino flos and LED panels. To capture the footage Sam used a Canon C300, smaller and less intrusive than other, larger cameras on the market with similar picture quality.
