Nashville Crew Shoots At Paces Plastic Surgery in Atlanta

Featured image

I headed down to Atlanta to shoot a half-day “corporate” shoot.  Paces Plastic Surgery is making some ground breaking advancements in plastic surgery and we were there to shoot an interview with an employee who also happens to be a patient.

A screen grab of the close up shot.

I can’t give names or even talk about the actual operation but I can tell you all about the set up.  I was shooting on the Panasonic HDX 900.  The client wanted to walk away with a digital copy so I plugged in the Nano Flash.  We had a huge conference room to set up in.  I used my 400w and 200w Keno-Flo’s to light our subject.  I used a few Arri’s to light the background.  Our subject was reading from a teleprompter but they wanted that interview look so the teleprompter was placed to the left of the camera.  There was a big table in the center of the room.  Rather then move it over I placed the interviewee on some pelican cases and we shot right over it.

After the interview we shot some broll of our subject interacting with a patient and walking through the office.  I then copied the footage over to the producer’s laptop.  The shoot went so smoothly that we wrapped right on time.  Before I knew it I was back in Nashville.

A screen grab of the wide shot.
