Go To Team‘s Clark crew finished up the NCAA Bowl Championship Series this past December with trips to Iowa City, IA, and Boise, ID. Okay – so maybe not the most glamorous cities. But they – Skip Clark and apprentice Roger Woodruff – had a great time!
Besides shooting features for the pre-game shows for the Fiesta Bowl and the Orange Bowl, they were to sure to take in some of the best eating spots in town! If you’re ever in Iowa City, be sure to check out the Hamburg Inn for one of the best diner breakfasts you will ever find.
Once they got to Boise they stopped in at The Ram for dinner. It’s home to Boise’s tallest bar – and you could argue one of the tallest in the world! But, they were on the road for work.
Skip and Roger worked with Fox Sports producers Jennifer Pransky and Don Bui – in Iowa and Idaho respectively – as they followed the Hawkeyes and the Broncos through their final days of preparation for the bowl games. Skip Clark brought his Panasonic Varicam, HVX-200, and all the lighting toys to lens the whole project.
