The San Carlos Tribal Gaming and Healthcare Services come together to reduce the transmission of Covid-19<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1702899192067{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}”]San Carlos, Ariz. \u2014 The San Carlos Apache Tribal Gaming Enterprise, in conjunction with the Department of Health and Human Services, San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has implemented the BinaxNOW antigen test for all team members as an additional COVID-19 mitigation measure to reduce the transmission of the COVID-19 virus amongst team members and guests.<\/p>\n

The BinaxNOW antigen test is used for the detection of active COVID-19 infection. It is a portable, highly reliable test with an accuracy rate of 97.2%. The test requires no equipment plus it\u2019s fast, easy, and provides results in as little as 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

The mandatory testing started on January 27, 2021 for both the Apache Gold Casino Resort and Apache Sky Casino team members. Team members are required to submit to testing twice a week for at least six weeks.\u00a0 Security personnel and other qualified team members were trained to administer the BinaxNOW test kits.\u00a0 Healthcare and Gaming leadership has also implemented a very comprehensive plan while executing this initiative along with the support of Department of Health and Human Services and San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”1574″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” el_class=”blog-section1 maximize-section”][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner el_class=”max-lt-col” width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text el_class=”h2-heading” css=”.vc_custom_1702899374619{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]<\/p>\n

About San Carlos Apache Tribe<\/h2>\n

Historically, the San Carlos Apache were hunters, and they have deep cultural and spiritual ties to the land. About the BinaxNOW COVID-19 Ag Card Home Test and NAVICA App<\/h2>\n
