The clients wanted a space that would be intimate and cozy for family time, while also able to accommodate events and larger get-togethers. We rose to the challenge with an unexpected yet beautiful blend of contemporary architecture, safari-style resorts, and traditional Texas ranch.
Land Water Light was responsible for the design of all of the outdoor spaces, including the pool, stone patio spaces, Ipe decks, landscape, audio, and infrastructure. We were also responsible for building everything with the exclusion of the pool, which was constructed by Iconic Pools. For the design work, material selections, and furniture layouts we joined forces with Mohon Interior.

The Next phases will include a steel and fabric tent structure for shade, multiple retaining walls and mini-plazas, an observation deck for the sport court area, grilling and catering areas, large ponds and possibly a large waterfall.
