CONNECT & CONSULT
After an initial phone or video consultation, we meet onsite, refine the scope, and ensure expectations are communicated among all parties.
DATA & DESIGN
Post approved proposal, we look at key viewpoints, elevations, natural features, native trees, natural water flows, and dozens of data points to build and finalize design.
ESTIMATES & CONTRACT
Using tech tools with in-house craftsmen and curated subcontractors, we build in-depth comprehensive estimates and review/edit till approved.
PRECONSTRUCTION
Drawings and specs submitted to engineering partners, permit applications are sent, and we meet with all parties and stakeholders prior to breaking ground.
CONSTRUCTION
Our construction and design teams work collaboratively and use project management software for real-time data review from all parties.
WALKTHROUGHS
As the project reaches its final stages, we create punch lists for our clients to make sure that you are 100% ecstatic about the final results.
PUNCH OUT
We go through each item on our list with multiple rounds of reviews with you to make sure all aspects of the project are addressed.
MAINTENANCE
We supply a Care Guide that covers plant materials and infrastructure, offer “Break-In” service contracts, and remain available for lifelong support.
